The Usage page shows how your workspace is consuming Suppio credits during the current billing period.

What usage includes

Usage can include AI activity from:
  • Discord tickets
  • Discord forum posts
  • Discord live voice and screen-share sessions
  • web chat widget conversations
  • support page conversations
  • API responses
  • related workflow agents such as safety checks, escalation, actions, images, summaries, /ask, /train, and analysis flows

Monthly credits

At the top of the page, Suppio shows:
  • plan cap
  • credits used
  • credits remaining
  • reset timing
  • out-of-credits status
Credits reset on a monthly cycle. Usage totals reflect the current billing period for the workspace.

Conversation log

The conversation log shows user and assistant messages for supported public and Discord surfaces. Conversation entries can include:
  • source, such as chat widget or Discord ticket
  • title
  • status: in progress, resolved, or escalated
  • message count
  • credits used
  • attachments metadata when present

All usage log

The All usage tab records every credit-generating event for the period, including supporting workflows that do not appear as a standalone conversation. Tokens from all counted model calls and file-search activity are converted to credits and included in the workspace total.

What to do when credits run low

  • Review recent usage spikes.
  • Check whether repeated questions should become FAQ entries.
  • Compare Standard and High reasoning usage in the log.
  • Upgrade the workspace if support volume has grown.

Troubleshooting

Check whether the workspace is out of credits. If it is, upgrade or wait for the monthly reset.
Review Conversations and All usage, then check the reasoning level, repeated commands, image inputs, and context-search activity.
Widget and support page conversations close after resolution or escalation. Start a new chat to continue.
