This guide gets a new Suppio agent ready for users. The exact deployment steps depend on where you want users to talk to Suppio, but every setup starts with a workspace, an agent, and context.

Setup steps

1

Create a workspace

Open the Suppio dashboard and create a workspace. Use the name of the product, community, or business you support.
2

Create an agent

Give the agent a clear name, such as Support Agent. If you are adding an agent to an existing workspace, open Agents and click New agent.
3

Add your website URL

Add your website URL when prompted. Suppio uses this to help understand the workspace and to make website context import easier.
4

Choose a plan

Choose the plan for the workspace. Billing is scoped to the workspace, not to individual users.
5

Add context

Add the information Suppio should use when answering. You can upload text or files, import website pages, connect documentation sources, or add Discord sources after Discord is connected.
6

Test in the sandbox

Use the agent sandbox to ask a few real support questions before launching.
7

Deploy

Open Deploy and choose Discord, chat widget, hosted support page, or API.
Context is required. Suppio will not respond in deployment methods until the agent has active context.

Choose a deployment method

Discord

Best for communities that already handle support in Discord tickets or forums.

Web chat widget

Best for adding a floating chat bubble or iframe to your website.

Hosted support page

Best for a standalone support page or a custom support subdomain.

Agent API

Best for custom backend workflows and your own support UI.

What to configure before launch

Add the docs, policies, FAQs, troubleshooting steps, and product information the agent should use.
In workspace settings, add a short grounding summary for your product or community.
Set tone, personality, emoji usage, and custom instructions on supported plans.
Choose Smart or Advanced model access and reasoning settings based on your plan and quality needs.
Review monthly credits, plan limits, and billing status before rollout.

Launch checklist

  • The workspace name and website URL are correct.
  • The agent has at least one active context source.
  • Test questions in the sandbox produce accurate answers.
  • The selected deployment method is enabled.
  • Escalation text and staff handoff behavior are configured.
  • Your team knows where to review conversations and usage.
