Native ticketing does not consume Suppio credits. AI replies inside a ticket continue to follow your Discord routing settings and normal AI usage rules. Bot customization remains available on paid plans.
Create and publish a panel
1
Open Tickets
Open a Discord-connected workspace, expand Discord, and select Tickets.
2
Create a panel
Select the plus button in the panel bar. Choose the new panel tab and configure its settings.
3
Save the panel
Select Save settings. Active tickets keep the settings snapshot from when they were created.
4
Send the panel
Open the three-dot menu, select Send, and choose a Discord text channel. Use Update after later edits to refresh every published copy.
Ticket surfaces and entry points
A panel can create either:- a private Discord text channel
- a private thread under a selected text channel
/new for a panel and limit that command to selected channels.
Forms and lifecycle
Creation forms support up to five short or paragraph questions. Each question can have a placeholder, required state, and minimum and maximum length. Suppio can display the submitted answers in the new ticket. Use{create.form.1} through {create.form.5} in any message template to reuse submitted answers. Command-created tickets also expose {reason} and {create.reason}.
For each panel, you can configure:
- open, claimed, and closed channel names
- open, claimed, and closed categories
- category overflow order
- two-step close confirmation
- retained closed tickets and reopening
- welcome-message pinning
- private support-only staff threads
- owner role changes when a ticket opens, closes, is claimed, or is unclaimed
Permissions, access, and limits
The visual permission matrix has separate open and closed rules for the ticket owner, support roles, additional roles, and everyone. A separate permission set can apply to support roles after a ticket is claimed. You can also configure:- support and additional roles
- a server-wide ticket blacklist
- one open ticket per member in each panel, plus panel-wide open-ticket limits
- retained closed-ticket limits and closed-limit bypass roles
- weekly support-hour intervals and schedule-bypass roles
- claim, takeover, and unclaim behavior
- per-button allow and deny roles
- per-command enablement, support-only access, and role or channel allow and deny lists; explicit allow lists override deny lists
Automations and escalation
Each panel supports up to ten durable automation rules. A rule can run when a ticket is created, closed, reopened, receives a close request, loses its owner, or meets a message-activity check. Actions can send a Components V2 message, close the ticket, or delete it after an optional delay. Message checks can inspect owner, support, or any-member activity and repeat. After a check matches, its action waits for the configured delay. Inactivity checks can reset their timer when matching activity occurs; a reply during an inactivity action’s delay cancels that action. Found-message checks keep their observation window so matching activity is not postponed until it ages out. Failed jobs retry without running the same completed job twice. Use/automation stop to pause a ticket’s rules durably and /automation restart to start a fresh seven-day automation window.
Escalation can transfer a ticket into an allowed target panel and optionally update its category, name, permissions, claim state, and welcome message.
Components V2 messages
All native ticket messages, direct messages, and logs use Discord Components V2. The visual editor supports:- containers and accent colors
- text blocks
- sections with a thumbnail or link button
- separators
- media galleries
- file download links
- managed action buttons
Hosted transcripts
Hosted transcripts use private storage and signed, unguessable links. Each transcript contains the latest 1,000 messages and can mirror up to 8 MiB of attachments. Links expire after 365 days. From Tickets > Transcripts, you can:- open an active transcript link
- rotate the link and invalidate the previous URL
- revoke access immediately
/transcript in another text channel. A panel can send transcript notices to an archive channel and direct-message the ticket owner when a ticket is created, closed, or deleted. Ticket deletion requires the configured transcript step to finish first.
Logs and statistics
Choose a log channel and the lifecycle events you want recorded. Native logs use Components V2. Tickets > Activity shows recent tickets, open and closed totals, claims, average time to first claim, average time to close, and a claim leaderboard. Saved conversations are available in Tickets > Transcripts.Related commands
Ticket lifecycle commands include/new, /panel, /add, /remove, /claim, /unclaim, /open, /close, /close-request, /delete, /rename, /transcript, /escalate, /automation, and /ticket-debug.
See Discord commands for command details.
