Response images let a Discord agent attach an approved screenshot, diagram, or other visual when its description matches the support question.
Response images are available on Plus, Pro, and Enterprise plans and apply to Discord replies.

Add an image

1

Open Images

Open a Discord-connected agent and select Images in the agent navigation.
2

Add a source

Upload a PNG, JPEG, or WebP file, or paste a direct HTTPS image URL.
3

Name the image

Add a unique title that your team can recognize.
4

Describe when to use it

Write a precise description, such as Attach when explaining where to find the API key in Deploy > API.
5

Save changes

Keep the image enabled and save. You can also disable all response images without deleting them.

Limits

  • Up to 25 response images per Discord-connected agent.
  • Uploaded files must be PNG, JPEG, or WebP and no larger than 2 MB.
  • Titles can contain up to 80 characters.
  • Descriptions can contain up to 500 characters.
  • Direct URLs must be valid HTTPS image URLs.
  • Titles and URLs must be unique.

Write useful descriptions

Suppio selects an image from its title and description. Describe the exact situation and what the image shows. Avoid vague descriptions such as useful screenshot.

Troubleshooting

Confirm response images are enabled, the individual image is enabled, and its description clearly matches the question.
Use a direct public HTTPS image URL that loads the image itself, not a webpage containing the image.
Convert it to PNG, JPEG, or WebP and keep the file at or below 2 MB. GIF and SVG uploads are not supported here.
