Credits
Suppio credits measure AI usage. The exact credits consumed by a response depend on the model, reasoning setting, input size, output size, context search, and enabled workflow features. Credits reset monthly. The Usage page shows:- credits used
- credits remaining
- plan cap
- reset timing
- conversation and response logs
Enterprise pricing
Enterprise pricing is based on configurable monthly credits. Current supported credit packages range from 100,000 to 2,000,000 credits in 100,000-credit steps. The Enterprise pricing flow also supports optional Suppio attribution removal. When selected, it applies a 1.5x multiplier and removes the small Powered by Suppio attribution from the chat widget, support page, and Discord message footer.Manage billing
Use Workspace settings > Billing or Dashboard > Billing to:- view the current plan
- upgrade a workspace
- manage active subscriptions
- cancel or resume subscriptions when available
- review invoice history
Notes
- Billing applies to a workspace, not an individual agent.
- Deleting an agent does not automatically change the workspace plan.
- If a workspace runs out of credits, Suppio pauses paid AI responses until credits reset or the workspace is upgraded.
