Suppio includes Discord slash commands for one-off answers, adaptive memory notes, summaries, ticket actions, forum status, reminders, and dashboard links. Command access is managed in Discord permissions.

Permission behavior

  • /help and /support are available to everyone by default.
  • Other commands default to members with Manage Server unless you assign allowed roles.
  • /ask can also have per-role cooldowns.

Message-based staff tools

Suppio also recognizes two staff workflows that are not slash commands:
  • Reply to a Discord message and mention Suppio with remember to save that message to adaptive memory.
  • Reply to a message and mention Suppio with analyze, or use Analyze reply from a Suppio log, to check the reply against current context. The result is sent by DM.
These tools use the same role-permission system as the corresponding internal command entries in Discord permissions.

Troubleshooting

Confirm the Suppio bot is in the server and was invited with application command permissions. Discord can take time to refresh commands.
Open Discord permissions and check the allowed roles for that command.
Check per-role /ask cooldowns in Discord permissions.
