Suppio is an AI support platform for customer-facing support. You create a workspace, add one or more agents, give each agent context, and deploy those agents where your users need help: Discord, a web chat widget, a hosted support page, or your own backend through the API.

What Suppio is built for

Suppio works best when your team needs fast, consistent answers across several support surfaces.

Answer support questions

Reply to common questions using the context you provide.

Deploy in multiple places

Use the same agent across Discord, your website, a support page, or the API.

Escalate when needed

Hand off to humans when users ask for a person or the agent cannot confidently continue.

Track usage

Review conversations, credit usage, outcomes, and activity over time.

Core concepts

A workspace represents the product, community, or business you support. Billing, usage, website URL, workspace information, and agents are scoped to the workspace.
An agent is the AI support assistant users talk to. Each agent has its own name, context, sandbox testing controls, behavior settings, and deployment methods.
Context is the knowledge Suppio uses to answer. It can include text, files, website pages, documentation sources, Discord forum posts, and followed channels.
A deployment is where the agent is available to users. Suppio currently supports Discord, web chat widget, hosted support page, and API deployments.

How Suppio stays accurate

Suppio is grounded in the context and settings you configure.
  • Add accurate context before launch.
  • Keep synced website and documentation sources current.
  • Use workspace information to describe your product or community.
  • Configure behavior settings so answers match your tone.
  • Review usage logs and conversations to spot missing context.
Suppio requires context before it can answer in deployment methods. If an agent has no active context, deployments and API keys are blocked or requests are rejected.

What Suppio does not do automatically

Suppio does not automatically change your external systems unless that behavior exists in the selected deployment.
  • The Discord deployment can manage Discord ticket and forum workflows when enabled.
  • The chat widget and support page record conversation state in Suppio but do not create external tickets.
  • The API returns action signals. Your backend decides what to do with them.

Setup

Create your workspace, add context, and deploy an agent.
