# Plans and billing

> Compare Suppio plans, credits, workspace billing, agent limits, and paid features.

Suppio billing is scoped to a workspace. When you upgrade, the plan and credits apply to that workspace and its agents.

Yearly Plus and Pro subscriptions charge the equivalent of 10 monthly payments upfront, giving you 2 months free.

## Credits

Suppio credits measure AI usage. The exact credits consumed by a request depend on the reasoning setting, input and output tokens, image inputs, context searches, and supporting workflow agents.

Every counted model and file-search event contributes to usage, not only the final message shown to a user. Open **Usage > All usage** to inspect those events.

Credits reset monthly. The Usage page shows:

* credits used
* credits remaining
* plan cap
* reset timing
* conversation and all-usage logs

## Enterprise pricing

Enterprise pricing is based on configurable monthly credits. Current supported credit packages range from 100,000 to 2,000,000 credits in 100,000-credit steps.

The monthly credit rate decreases at higher volume tiers. Annual Enterprise billing charges the equivalent of 11 monthly payments.

The Enterprise pricing flow also supports optional Suppio attribution removal. When selected, it applies a 1.5x multiplier and removes the small **Powered by Suppio** attribution from the chat widget, support page, and Discord message footer.

## Manage billing

Use **Workspace settings > Billing** or **Dashboard > Billing** to:

* view the current plan
* upgrade a workspace
* manage active subscriptions
* cancel or resume subscriptions when available
* review invoice history

## Notes

* Billing applies to a workspace, not an individual agent.
* Deleting an agent does not automatically change the workspace plan.
* If a workspace runs out of credits, Suppio pauses paid AI responses until credits reset or the workspace is upgraded.
